What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form:

• Your name and business name
• Your phone number and email address
• Your trade, number of employees, the coverage you’re interested in, and your current policy’s renewal month
• Anything you write in the “Anything else?” box
• Whether you checked the call-and-text consent box, and when

Our website host also keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this page.

Why we collect it

We use your information to contact you about the quote you asked for and to prepare that quote. We don’t use it for anything unrelated.

Who handles the form

The quote form is hosted by Netlify, our website provider. When you submit it, Netlify stores the submission and emails it to our office. Netlify handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information.

We may share it with insurance companies only to get quotes for you. We may also disclose it if the law requires us to.

Calls and texts

We’ll only call or text you if you agree by checking the consent box on the form. Checking it is optional and is not required to get a quote. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text, or by calling either of our offices.

Deleting your information

To ask us to delete the information you sent through the form, call either office or write to us at the Corpus Christi address below. We’ll delete it unless we need to keep it by law (for example, records for a policy you bought through us).

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
